The Ledger: First Amendment seminar to shed light on public record laws

The First Amendment Foundation is hosting a Sunshine Seminar in Orlando on Sept. 26 to provide an overview of Florida’s public records and public meeting requirements.

Florida Center for Investigative Reporting statewide foreclosure package

Included is the Florida Center for Investigative Reporting’s statewide foreclosure package, which includes a main bar in English and Spanish and more than a dozen data visualizations that show foreclosure density both statewide and at county levels.

Among papers that have decided to publish the package are the St. Petersburg Times, Times-Union, and the Ledger in Lakeland.
