Fla. conservation panel accused of law violation

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is accused in a lawsuit of violating the state’s open-meetings “Sunshine Act.”

Two environmental groups sued Tuesday in state Circuit Court in Tallahassee.
