The Ledger: Advocates say Sunshine Law under attack

Florida’s landmark Government in the Sunshine Law is being attacked again, public records advocates say.
But the proposed bills aren’t always clearly ‘‘good” or ‘‘bad,” making it harder to decide to support or oppose them.
For instance, one bill provides an exemption from public records requirements for photographs and video and audio recordings that depict or record the killing of a person. It is almost certain to pass by a large margin.
